Removing Inside Passanger Handle?

Hey guys not sure what you call this bit (Passenger handle?) but i cant work out how to remove it?

(not my car, just random picture)

Also is there a designated thread just for how to remove interior bits?

Its called a jesus handle, pop off both end caps and undo the bolts. You may have to lever them off by the edges and then pull them over the handle from memory
