    Default W5x Reverse switch compatibility.

    Hello.

I am missing my reverse switch in my ae86 with a w57. I am looking to use something that has a more modern 2 pin plug on it. Does anyone know what I can swap in that will work and give me a better plug to attach the wiring to, as Im pretty dissatisfied with the original type that most early style boxes have with the two pins, I find the pins don't hold well once you start driving with some spirit.

Original box is a corona or celica box, I cant remember which either rt142 or ra65. The shop gave it back to me with just a bung in the hole and no switch for reverse lights.

Maybe measure it all up, get thread pitch and scour through Tridon catalog until you find something close.
I find Burson Auto guys are usually good at this kind of thing over Repco or Autobarn staff.

What about glued heat shrink over the whole connector?
