What suprises me after working in customer service is the % of complete f*ckwits out there!! it's close to 99%

HOW the hell are these people dealing with everyday life??????????

our common reply when we were told our customer service was bad was this
'good customer service for good customers'......you should see the look on their faces!!! I'm lucky I had a boss that backed his staff 200%

most of the time these f*ckers were so dumb you could just use the 'jedi mind trick' on them!
