what gearbox do i have

Can someone help ive just got a gearbox its got ae71 written on it but the
ae71 tailshaft wont fit. Its got 22 spline at the tailshaft end what do the
T50s have???? Need a tail shaft

A little more clarity in the question would help people help you out.

But at a stab you have a T50. They can come with either 20 or 22 output splines, depending on what car and year it came from. You need a tailshaft to match.

Thanks it has 4age bellhousing on it and thats all i no about it i got it from the wreckers

You probably don't have an AE71 tailshaft, or you've got an auto AE71 tailshaft.
