    got a can of VHT vinyl dye today got my dash out . ready for paint. sadly i now need a new clock suround it broke on the way out but ill get a black one from toyota.

    i used to work for toyota i get trade price on genuine things and retail for the clock surround is only about $25 ... so i think ill buy it from them rather than paying someone on here and having to wait for it to turn up.
    ill put up some pic's of the dash after its done.

    Yeah the new clock surrounds are around the $15 mark, anything more than that you're getting ripped.

    yep i just priced one up today $12.50 in black one in sydney waiting for me . and ill have it on monday.

    So comments on my current Primer panda front ? and yes i do now realize i made the primer line closest to the doors a little high , i shall make it lower tomorrow. i mean the top line where it gos from primer to black not the door strip area.

    the dash came out really nice to ... it looks like a proper JDM black dash i would say do it for anyone who wants a black dash but cant afford to buy a genuine one, the cans are about $12.80 trade price and about $17 retail. only takes about an hour to take the dash out if you don't know what your doing ... just remember to put all the nuts and bolts into a container ... i used the glove box ... but if your gonna spray that 2 you might want a small ice cream container.
