sweet, what hulix/part number they from. will be looking at brake upgrade that will fit under my 14'' simmons.
Are they a direct bolt in or do brackets need to be made? do they fit on standard disc? i'm running JDM fronts.

for the hilux upgrade you will need to get 4 things. the calipers, they can be found at the wreckers on most 75 & 80 series landcruisers and on dual cab 4WD hilux's from around the same age.
then you need XT130 corona struts, the caliper is a direct bolt on to these
the rotors are Puegeot 604 vented front rotors, you need to get these machined down in diameter from a 272mm to a 266mm.
and finally some NRCA's so the rotor has clearance against the LCA.

its got a TRD 2 way in there, i wasnt really scared to drift i was having a mad time, after i spun it on the ripple strip i knew i had banged up the under side of the car ( chassis rail ) i had a bit of a laugh and kept going. i just wasnt able to initiate with the e brake as it was crap and wouldnt lock up at all, and my clutch is just a OEM item and clutch kicks did nothing, so the way i worked it out to get the rear going was hit about 5500rpm+ in 3rd and then drop back to 2nd, hook in hard to the corner and power out which was how i was doing it the whole weekend. i think if i had done a skid pan day i would have been alot better. im actually trying to find a nice open spot to make a little skid pan, even if it is a rally style one
