im tired. my runs at 6am are finally getting to me. sleeping a good nights sleep. i still wake up all the time but i fall back asleep within minutes instead of after an hour or so.
i get an extra hours sleep this sunday when dls goes away. i will be running when the sun is up too instead of pitch black darkness
