my dads a firey and has been for a good 20 years, the best one i ever saw was an mr2, hit a tree so hard the guy, who had a selt belt on and went through the windscreen faceplanted the tree, with so much force, it propelled him back into his seat and seatbelt, all while caving his face in, my dad said that during the autopsy, they found bark in his brain, was pretty gross.
There was another one, where the chick had her seatbelt on but twisted, on impact it cut through her abdomen, spilling her guts all over her lap, she wasn't a happy chick
the pedestrians ones are pretty fuked up

my dad got in a car accident with his first wife and it killed her and almost killed him. thing that killed her was the seatbelt slitting her throat. he got a couple of broken ribs and the horn and indicator levers punctered his lungs
