my tonsils are swollen
but i dont feel any pain, and dont notice it
and my nose is always blocked/clogged up
and have to blow it like 3-4 times a day
and my ears are blocked
and i always wake up with phlegm in my mouth, and a tiny bit of blood(gums?)
