if i have 15x8 0 offeset and put on a 25mm spacer would that make them 15x8 -25?

It wouldnt make them -25, but it would make them sit in the same spot as -25 would.
In other news, don't expect those cheapo spanners to work on turbo mani nuts. I now need a new 14mm. Both ends snapped
