    eeeek thats pretty bad.



    in other news i walked down the road 2 mins to the beach. about 5mins later a hot as chick came running down, stripped off her running gear and was then sporting an amazingly small bikini. she was alone and ive never seen her before. next time i see her im gonna say hello. i would have this time but i was too busy hiding my boner.




    im looking into supercharging the engine im in the middle of building. i was thinking of turbo but thats too much cash on driveline and i would want monster power. i thought of just wacking a sc12 on there with standard boost. this way it isnt too much piower for the driveline, i dont have to get crazy cams and will be more streetable. will 12:1 compression hold for long with standard boost or will i fry the pistons?

    decompress with silvertop pistons to 10:1 and up the boost?

    um BOOM lol, I'd try 10:1 and 6-8psi, but it really will come down to a good tune.

    6-8psi is about standard and will be hitting that at about 4500rpm. up top it wont be boosting as much like an gze.

    im thinking its a stupid idea now. stuff will break. im better off playing with something with a stronger driveline and stay true to my original outlook of this ae86 to keep it fresh and original but still have some guts.


    why do you need 13:1 compression pistons? couldnt you just use the numerous brands available with 12:1 and just raise the compression with a thinner head gasket?

    yes this is true, but I am looking at a copper gasket, and running orings, I have noticed that metal head gaskets, that are subdued to detonation (not that im planning on having it ping) tend to weld themselves to the head and block, as you can imagine this would damage the head and block.

    I'm planning on looking into some cutom items, most probably mahle, but we will see what funds are available at that time.

    he is. hes not only giving us $950 each but lowering taxes for us too. im most likely getting all my tax paid returned this financial year.
