engine should be ok if theyres not ticking, clunking or grinding coming from it.

drain that lot of fuel but take a sample and fill it with some trusted quality fuel. change the sparkplugs.

if its still running ruff do a diagnostic test on the ecu to find what the problem is

well, got it running

turns out the vaccum line to the MAP sensor had fallen off...
Did that, didnt stall or stutter, but it still had a misfire

took out the plugs, and it they were black, really, really black.
replaced them
car ran fine

wait...think we have a boost leak..
checked silicone and found a slight gap, fixed it..
shit..still no boost

put it under load, can hear the turbo spooling, and a slightly grinding noise..no boost...
also can hear a rattling noise in exhaust

so fairly sure one of the fins has decided to take a vacation in the cat.. =/
