microtech and ae86 taco how do you get to work

hey guys as you all no i have 13bt in my hachi
i hooked up a microtech to it and hooked the taco wire to the sprinter taco wire and the taco doesnt work but my aftermarket taco does.
sometimes the taco works if i press the wipers
so im thinkning wtf. my aftermarket taco is hooked up to the same spot as the original taco wire.
the taco worked fine with my 4age
does anybody no if theres something special i have to do to make it work please help.
