    vastly different to the bigport ecu above? yes!

    Well pretty much the same idea, just with a lot more of everything. A lot more tables to look up (including some for vvt operation) more reliance on o2 and knock sensors, better fault detection etc.

    I am tottaly with you on the thing about the air fuel ratios vs emmisions Frak. Some engines if it wheren't for the nitrogen readings would run very lean indeed. One of the two times I can think of where fuel economy is compramised for better emmisions
