Ive seen a set of the whiteline ones, would be very easy do if your handy with a soldering iron. they just cut the back out and put the LED diodes in, wired it all in to the standard plug.

those guards in one photo you could swear there stock
kit is origin, the not so common version not very deep (read, low).
the guards arent stock. pretty common to see them on jap cars. its like a stick on over fender. dunno the brand. run free or good line? maybe. but theyre not stock.
