as heading says i got a a set of front jic coilovers with 8kg springs for em. the shocks in em are f'd so i was wondering what are good shrt stroke shocks i can put in or heavy duty bangers. help would be very appreciated thanks

hey mate, i have some s13 jic coilovers as well.
i had mine rebuilt a few years ago, i didnt think that you could change the shocks, do they have inserts in them???
id be very keen to find this out also...as most JIC stuff (like mine) come with extremely stiff shocks.

you cant 'change' new shocks into coilovers, but soem can be rebuilt. the JIC ones i have at home cant be rebuild.
