Cheers mate... it's getting there.
chassis jigging isnt all that much?? mate got it done for about 600 i think on his ke70..
i really wasnt expecting the tire to be tuckable in the rear just with rollage!!
Spoke to Ed @ SA Chassis service, he said he'd have a look.
Might load it up on a trailer and take it down to him, see what he has to say and what sort of coin Im up for.
And yeah Im stoked with the rear guards, Im hoping it isnt going to be too hard to remove the dents and creases. I really dont want to use FRP rear quarters, but if it's too hard or too expensive to repair them I might have too.
And it was a bit more than rollage.... some deft work with a 12 pound hammer was involved LOL.

yeh but you didnt have to split the guard to flare - therefore i still consider it a roll.. mine are the same. pumped to much even! 14 x 8 -15 arent even gonna poke![]()
Yeah I didnt want to cut to keep some integrity in the guard... so i beat the shit out of it LOL. big mistake though... Ive now got creases in the guards... much like a S13 when you flare too much.
Im hoping it can be fixed cheap(ish)![]()
chassis can always be fixed... dont worry to much man a car-o-liner will fix that no problems.. mite cost u a bit but atleast u willl no its square... would be a smart thing to get them to do a check over the hole chassis to be certain it isnt a bannana

hows the traction brackets go?
have you skidded it before and after the brackets were installed?
VLNY
had a bit of a thrash before I put them in, havent driven it since, been flat out at work this week, and need to finish a few things before I can drive it again.
Am going to get the car looked at by SA Chassis service, just a matter of having the free time to do it.

Bit of a small update,
Havent had any time to work on it this week, work is absolutley flat out ATM, overtime going left right and centre, so Ill be missing out on tomorrow's SA Dawn cruise.....
Picked up a Cusco Delerin gearknob, feels much nicer than the heavy weight trust knob that was on there, and looks pretty fresh too.
A mate of mine who is a spraypainter/panelbeater came round and had a sus of the damaged quarter panels, and basically said the pass. side was beyond saving, and recommended cutting it out and welding in a new quarter, and the drivers side would need a bit of work too.
So I have DMAX 30mm front and 40mm rear FRP quarters coming, they arrive in melbourne this coming wednesday/thursday, so hopefully should have them the start/middle of the following week. DMAX sides and rear bar will be going on at the same time. Not really the path I wanted to take, but It's the cheaper option, not to mention being a lot less work.
Should look ok with the TRD wing and all painted up.... I Hope.![]()
