    ive never owned a decent enough car to bother with comp insurance. 3rd party all the way for another year+ until im 25.

    yep exactly, 3 more years til I'm 25 but I'm quite low now; only one traffic offence in 5 years and no claims.

    its gonna be high for me. 1 loss of licence and 1 claim (i had 3rd party + fire/theft. i claimed theft). its only gonna be for a crappy ae86 anyways

    the only thing in your life you will pay top dollar for and will be to scared to use it.

    make sure you get and agreed value, if your going full comp. other wise they will ass fuck you and only pay out red book value if your lucky.

    insurance is a rip off..... and stay away from sgic, aami, cgu and any of there affiliate sister companies. read the fine print there all connected.

    RAA, allianz, Shannon's would be the best of the bunch as paying out for things.

    unfortunately only just cars offers insurance to modded cars like alot of the ones on here.
    And they are aami affiliated.

    Never thought I would here myself say this but can't wait til I'm 25.
    Hopefully I can get shannons a year younger or something.

    23yo, 600 full comp
    agreed value at 14k
    375 excess, and covered for certain track events
    they know about the 20v and a few other mods....

    660 full comp, agreed value 11k
    400 excess and they know about current mods
