the cunts that ride those pocket bikes around the streets and around where people are yes that shits me off, but that kid in particular as long as it was not at a very early time on a weekend i dont see the harm either.
but there are some who do go around being tools on them.
impounding in general for "hoon" activities i can understand to a point but i in no way understand how they can have the right to crush/sell off cars/bikes. for road hoons in cars take there licence not there car.

they said there had been 40od complaints. i had a visit from the council after tuning my car on the weekend because of noise concerns not that long ago.. the same price who made the complaints gets his bike out a few times a week and just starts it and revs it. talk about hypocritical!
