Sounds like a small port. How many ribs does the block have? 3 or 7? Is the inlet long and have T-VIS on top of it?

Cheers

re map sensor.. most big ports are. some aussie ones out of ae82s and some mr2 ones arent.

small ports have a breather/drain at the back of the intake side cam box. its a rubber hose that goes down from the head to the block.

obviously if its tvis it big port.

some big ports are 7 rib. the breather pipe is the best way to tell. youre question is is it big port or small port. not is it gen 1/ gen 2 bottom end. the breather is specific to the small port head casting.
