Hi all,
It is with much regret that I'm selling my Kouki Levin coupe GT.
This car is my pride and joy which I owned when I lived in Japan. I imported it to Australia and have driven it only occasionally since then.
Now I am moving back to Japan and have to sell my car.
It's in very good condition, no rust in the body. Mechanically very sound (have a look at what has been replaced/rebuilt)

The engine was rebuilt recently by an engine builder in Japan. (cost me a lot!) Also the LSD was rebuilt with new clutch pack and the ring gear replaced with a new 4.7 ratio, all new bearings.
Gearbox rebuilt.
All the work was done by the same mechanic.

As the car is now it has passed engineering and roadworthy, it should be no problem to pass roadworthy again. I will sell it with or without roadworthy with the price adjusted to suit.

Note: the wheels pictured are Work Equip 14x8 RR and 14x7.5 FR, the car comes with Techno racing 14x7.
(will not pass road worthy with the works as they stick out of the guards slightly)

The car was bought from a dealer in Japan who said it has never been in an accident. It also passed the very strict Japanese roadworthy test (Shaken) when I owned it.

Yeah, but not with that ease of register ability/original condition.

Yours is on my radar, don't you worry.

KurtHS

What the fuck! So that guy bought it and has just put it straight back up for sale at twice the price or what? Also made up some bullshit story, pretty much claiming to be you.

I wanna go look at it with a print out of this thread.

Wtf? Is that the same guy selling the black limited and damo's old trueno?

The Black Limited is in NSW isn't it? Would be funny if it was the same person.

Pretty sure its just an old ad, recently met the new owner of this car and his not selling it any time soon...

RobertoX
20th May 2013, 06:34 PM
Sorry guys, that is my original add.
I got the cheque for the car last week and it hadn't cleared yet so I put a ridiculous price up on carsales so I didn't have to delete the add.
I'll delete it now.

Harley, did you meet will? He's a nice guy, hope he enjoys the car as much as I did!

Yeah his getting some parts from me, gotta say that engine has quite a punch for just being rebuilt

RobertoX

Yeah! I was happy with it! The guy who built it really knows what he is doing, he builds motors for Japanese AE86 "group N" and GT class racing series. If I get another 86 in Japan I'll definitely get him to do me another motor.
