oh I thought they where seriously overpriced for what they are but maybe I am too cheap.

I have two of my customers say they couldn't get hold of him so maybe things have changed.

Now american products seem to be a mixture of really good and really bad. Good like spool rods and some T3 products and bad like other T3 products. Sometimes they make an art-form out of professionally making something that's just wrong. For a start this guys a conversion kit to put an F20C into an ae86 without doing any serious chopping. Now I don't know that much on the subject but the only way I can see that being possible is to put the engine quite far forward and very low, not really ideal. I also am wary because of how he did his 20V rwd conversion and said it was the best way, in that he literally chopped a piece out of the head and welded plates onto it. He also suggested using 16V head gaskets for 20V rwd conversions which is just wrong.

That John guy does seem to make nice pipes though.

sam.... he gets away with not cutting anything by spacing the crossmember by 59 or 80 mm i cant remember which.

apparently the main reason he did this was to deal with the yank drifting... they are not allowed to do any firewall cutting

yeah I saw the spacers. His reason is justified, his lack of explination of the downsides of his kit is not. I probably have too high a code of conduct for my own good in the buisness sense as I just don't accept this shit.

    fucking +1!
if you stick to the big name US brands you almost never have an issue. and there are more big names in the US than anywhere where so your not hard up for quality...
if you need something custom, its much cheaper to show someone here in aus a pic of what you want then have some american half arse it..

    pazza for you:
