ill agree with the bloke here....all the research points towards the threads on the rod itself failing and the bolts pulling out....
bigger/strong bolts with a decent thread = win....
but in my case i went with the stronger rods mainly due to the fact of them being lighter and also piece of mind....
$550 is abit rich, look around and u can get them for as little as $400
research more before u make the decision on wat ur going to do...ur on the wrong path atm or have little understanding...
also take note of the NEED of adjustable cam gears...the extra height/stroke of the block causes the cam timing to be out +/- 10 degrees of the stock cam marks...so to tune it properly cam gears are the need...
robo and toxin are already all over this tho, more so for the other ppl that jump on the bandwagon![]()
