Maybe. An ex friend ran his VL Turbo improved production class circuit car up there, it was well and truly outside tarmac rally regs, they set up a demonstration class for him and a few other non-category cars. But that was mainly because he'd pre entered in his evo 6 RS which he binned a couple of weeks before.
