195/50 does just fit, but they wont fit under stock rolled guards. I'm guessing they are -26 offset superlights?

Nah, no chance, not without ridiculous tyres (185 or smaller?)

I guess it also comes down to if your car is really low .. if it isn't, you can kinda get away with wheels well out the guards

theres no point running 10 inch wide rims if u r just going to run a 195 tyre....

if u want 195, use a 7 or 8 inch rim, as there will be less unsprung weight..

sorry if that came over as oppinionated but... why need for a 10, it doesnt make sense with 195

    ditto....

the best part about wide wheels is the ability to put on monster rubber and get monster grip.....

10" is like 250mm, and you want to put on 195mm wide tyres??????

i guess its simliar to seeing cars with -5deg camber though.....

all about the looks  (i really laugh when i see 165 "stretched on a 6.5" rim)

as for the question yeah 10" is quite extreme for a 1000kg odd car, unless its a full on dedicated race car, and you can get UBER lightweight rims and some proper slicks, but as stated you'll need some of those N2 guards for that, or just take off your guards.....

Get them in a -12 if you do and you'll need 30mm bolt on flares or the guards flared the equivalent amount.

    I'd run a 205/50 for safety reasons over a 195.

That said 10's are massive for a corolla and 9 is the biggest you'll ever need really.
