A rotor sprinter sounds like fun.
I don't understant what your asking though, you want to move it forward yet you can't because it will hit the sump?

ok the part I want screws onto the rack and then ur rack ends screw into the spacer the spacer offsets ur rack ends forward closer to te control arm
And I don't see how u bent ur rack man.. All the nissan boys run these spacers driftworks makes
Them but not for sprinter
I like to run big castor and I run flares and if I moves wheels
Back
It will look fail and handle

A lot of people aren't running these spacers anymore and are modifying their crossmembers and moving the rack forwards because of exactly what Skylar has said and posted, namely, bending the rack shaft.
That's pic I posted is of an S13 rack and it was caused by running offset rack spacers. The guy initially tack welded the stuff on but it broke the welds and came loose and stripped the threads on the rack. He then welded them onto the rack. That pic is of broken rack number 4. That's just what happens when you run 9.5's on the front at like -10 offset. Guy eventually moved the rack forward 20mm.
Another guy bent 3 tie rods in one event, 2 ikeya and 1 tein.
Darren McNamara is making some rather soon to suit ae86...however as said, they seem to cause more dramas than they are worth...
