I'm thinking just to run, from the rocker cover to a vented type catch can, than from the catch can to the manifold.. Will this be ok..?

Nope, it'll create a leak that way.

Either run from the covers to a vented can n leave it

Or run from the covers to a sealed can and then to the intake of the Turbo..

Or just run from the covers to the intake of the Turbo if you font want a catch can.

hey man, your work is really neat, good to see.
engine bay really shows this, hope your going to put some grommets around those fuel lines thru the boot floor
