Cusco is good, but any brand other than T3 is fine. Not one of their best efforts.

I dont quite understand what your explaining? I have the T3 camber plates and upper hat system, granted I haven't run the car yet to test them out but they are installed and I had plenty of thread to do them up? There was no problem that your suggesting? The nut may not have a shank that sits inside the bearing but it does come with a seperate spacer that sounds like the same thing? I also spoke to a few guys running these (including track cars) when setting them up and they never mentioned any problem like that?

It depends which shock and top hat combination you use. There's no doubt that a nylock nut was used in place of the shanked nut, to lower production cost and effort. After using both many time, this is too big a corner to cut.

Go Tein? They do everything the Cusco ones do, shanked nut etc etc, yet cost less.

T3 is located an hour north of me. The owner is a nice guy, but I'd go with another company for the camber tops...

Some of the products seem more bling than anything.

Yeah that's all fair points regarding Cusco. I 100% agree on them doing great quality parts for such obsolete cars, and like you said, still putting in the R+D to improve them.

I was more so suggesting Tein as they too are a well built item. They fit each of the criteria that was raised as to why Cusco was greater than T3, and yet, they can be had for around $50 less than the Cusco ones from one of the other site sponsors on here. Just trying to show the OP that there are other options other than just joining the Cusco band wagon.

    *Nods in agreement*

Yep, very much each to their own. Everyone has their own decisions to make based off their own needs, so go with what ever suits you the best and you'll be cheerin'

Sorry for offtopic-ness OP. Good luck with what ever you choose

also if we keep buying cusco instead of cheaper brands, it gives them the oppotunity to keep their research going instead of going broke like alot of japanese companies due to asian copies
