welcome to the forum, I am going to find out if they are still available new, it would be around $650 for blue or black though
Know I know these things are as rare as a female that dosnt complain, but I'm after an un-cracked dash for my hachi. Mine seriously looks like Edward Scissor Hands had a fit while cleaning it. I have thought of bogging and fixing it but if anyone has one that I don't have to get a loan out for I would be highly
Interested.
Best way to contact me is by text but PM on here is fine. I'm located in Sydney but am happy to pay postage/ travel for the right bit of gear.

Considering you pay between $500 to $600 for the dash doctor to fix one the price of a new one isn't bad.
I will be recovering them for less then $300 but dont have the time for it at the moment.
Sometimes decent ones pop up for aroundb $250 on here. What color are you after

Does anyone have any ideas how to stop your dash from cracking (currently uncracked)? I'm hesitant to put anything onto it in case I cause it to crack.
Dash mat. Never use armerol or similar stuff. Give it a wipe down with mildly soapy water on a cool day and keep it out of the sun. Always use one of those reflective windscreen shades when parked in the sun.

Got the ajps dash mat but its black (and no reflective foil on the back). Thought about taping some onto the back of it just to be sure. But always use the reflexive visor !
No need underneath the mat really but being black it will attract heat which can dry out what's underneath but I've never seen it happen.
