    Default 4age bigport rwd aluminium

    Hi all,

Cleaning bits and pieces out of the garage and have a rwd bigport aluminium intake manifold with an 80mm throttle body. It has bell mouth intake runners on the inside for maximum flow. Also has a variety of threaded vacuum ports. Pics attached.

    Asking for $550 plus post.

    Eddie.

If you click on them they're links to image shack. What internal diameter are the runners and an approximate length? Also is there provision for a TPS on the throttle body?

ID of intake runners is around 46-47mm and the length is 120mm. The added bonus to this is also getting rid of the TVIS plate on the stock rwd manifold. And yes a stock smallport tps from memory will fit the throttle body. You can also use the standard accelerator cable and bracket. The bracket just needs a bit cut off to make it look neat. The return spring is no longer used as the tb has its own spring.

Buy it. You cannot have one of these fabricated for less than $700 and you'll need to add another $200 for a decent throttle body. It pays for itself in the savings!

Oh and I forgot to add... The manifold has the stock air temp and cold start ports as well. They are not visible in the pics as they run under the mani.
