If you are eventually going with E85, I would suggest getting a stainless tank fabbed up to fit in place of the standard tank with inbuilt swirl pot. You will also get a little bit more fuel capacity if made correctly. Every bit helps when you only get approx 250km to a full E85 tank. E85 eventually eats everything except stainless and bronze. Granted it will take several years to eat through the steel tank but if you're thinking long term, just bite the bullet now.

Im pretty sure my intank pump is oem. Its very noisy when I put the car on reds. Ive also got a tomei fuel pressure regulator with everything else still oem and I make 180kw in my 4agte. Im actually in the process of going for 200kw+ now on 98. And I plan to use the same fuel setup im using now unless my fuel pressure isnt up to it.
My car ia a jdm ae86. So maybe just getting a decent aftermarket lifter pump is all u need or a jdm lifter as I think that's what I got.
Big T. What setup got you 234kw??
It's been a long while since I updated it (2009) but it shows most of the initial build.
I eventually went with a stack dash instead of the gauges. If your thinking of e85, go for a haltech with an e-flex sensor. Allows you to run normal pump or e85 at any time.

So with all that work you made your 234kw on 98 fuel??
That was on e85. I did have massive boost leaks on the dyno though. It should be a lot closer to 250kw atw.
