Standard lower control arms? if so you might need to drill new holes

I would counter-sink the bolt holes in the tension rods and use countersunk head cap screws.

You can shave a fair amount off those well oversized ttt steering arms before you would weaken them I think.

Had the same problem and worked out you can use it all if you run no camber and that's about it, I just sold them and went ps knuckles after counter sinking the bolts aswell

    Hi !!
You mean counter-sinking the bolts of the Tension Bars ?

I was thinking to machine the ttt knuckles close to stock ones to achieve more clearance .
    What do you think ?

Just put a grinder to the arms, hopefully you can loose some of that excessive dead weight.

    Hi guys !!!
After two days of speaking with machinery guys the entire T3 Knuckle Kit its a s@%ty piece of sheet-metal,
    that's explain the thickness.

Its risky to be machined ,all be afraid the crack afterwards.

    Hardness measurements:
    Stock: 360 Brinell
    TTT: 180 Brinell

Yep. Get rid of them. Quite a crude piece of equipment. Plenty of better options.
