There aint too much else to remove. You will still need the red vsv that connects to the fpr (if you are keeping stock ecu).

personal situation - I have removed a 4AGZE from a half cut AE92 Levin. I am changing to RWD. I have changed the Throttle body to 55mm,Opened the piping to at least 55mm and installed a SC14 with a 77mm pulley. I have remove the ABV. What elese can I remove.

the ze inlet manifold is pretty awefull, if you could be bothered you could put a rwd 4age manifold on it. fair bit of work but i think you would get some good gains

Things that can be removed with the stock computer (some are arguable whether they may cause slight issues)
- Remove PS and IC idle up connections (from just ater throttle body)
- Remove and plate cold start injector
- Remove and cap ABV
- Remove VSV on top of SC and T all three hoses out of the casing
- Remove water lines to idle speed control valve
If you're doing more work to the intake, as mentioned above, a larger throttle and better intake manifold are good investments.
