Black limited 86 on carsales

Hi, as I'm looking to buy a trueno, I was wondering about this black limited 86 on carsales in nsw. As I'm in Melbourne it's a long trip and I need to know if it's worth it.

This guy says the front suspention needs changing, timing belt and it leaks oil.........

Anyway, I also thought BL had a golden trueno badge on the front?

Its missing much of the stuff that makes it valuable as a black limited (gold badge, window visors, seats, steering wheel, wheels (admittedly the same as on a tarago). No shot of rear at all - so can't tell if it has the correct lights and decals there. Has black limited dash cluster, gearknob and side decals.

On the other hand, its apparently "rust free", but you're paying a premium for not much more than a standard car.

Request some high res photos that show the WHOLE car.

if your really thinking of buying it, fly up, plane tickets are cheap, if you don't buy the car just party up in Sydney for a weekend, win win situation =]

on the other note

car does seem to be all BLACK LIMITED as they claim beside the front bar, its either re badged with the WHITE trueno writing instead of gold or just got a whole kouki bar, interior is black limited for sure unless changed parts to black limitied, as you can see the aircon console is also gold and all power options are there...

Not much difference between GT apex interior and black limited. My apex has the same orange coloured climate control.

This car also has a zenki indicator on the front passenger side. Instant discount there

As said its missing lots of the things that make it a black limited. In saying that its not dear for a late trueno with all the options in good condition, regardless of being black limited or not.
I thought black was only available in 87 as a black limited, so if the paint code is right it must be a genuine black limited any way?

talked to the guy, apparently it needs new timing belt, new front coilovers and its leaking oil...so im gonna steer clear.

Yeh i had a look and mechanically its in very poor shape.
But spend a few k and she will be sweet
