Air con back into a AE71

hey guys.

im new to these cars so i thought il make up a thread so you guys can help me out.

ive recently done a 4age conversion into my AE71 and i want to put the A/C back into it but my problem is that when i got the car it is missing the air con condenser.

ive tried calling around for a condenser but no luck so i may have to use a universal one but has anyone else done this before?

what i was playing on doing is use a fwd 4age air con compressor and find a universal air con condenser and getting someone to make custom lines up for it.

can i even use the fwd corolla condenser?

will this work? or does anyone know a better option to go about this

FWD condensor is too wide (to suit wider fwd body/rad support).

if you can find a condenser that will fit it shouldn't be too much dram to make up custom lines, as long as the inlets/outlets of compressor and condenser are not in too much of a tight spot, if your lucky you might find a ke70 with condenser and some lines that may be re usable at wreckers, like dryer fittings and pressure switch ports ect
