Default Steering wheel vibrating at high speeds

    Car - 1985 ADM Toyota AE86

    motor - 4-AC Power

use - I drive it erryday

problem - When travelling around 8km/h and over sometimes the steering wheel tends to vibrate, not to the point where the car is uncontrolable, but I feel it's something I should be concerned about.

occurs/started when - Well it was happening before I put new wheels & tyres on, and even after I got a wheel alignment.
It happens sort of randomly, or I havnt found a pattern at least, usually the slowest speed it might happen is 80, but sometimes depending on the amount of throttle it doesnt vibrate.

personal situation - I feel like it's something I should check out, but I don't know who or what to blame and consequently who to take it to to fix it.

    more likely worn out bushes.
but too much toe out, worn ball joints, worn out steering rack/arms, loose suspension components will also cause this.

Don't forget to check wheel bearings.
