ae86 engine mounts fit ke70?

Hey just wondering if someone can tell me if ae86 engine mounts fit into a ke70 cos im dropping a 4a 20valve into it . I know that ppl use ae71 ones for ke70's. Want to get some new cusco ones because second hand ones might be worn out

From memory, you need the whole AE71/86 crossmember. I dont think just using 4A mount with a Ke70 Xmember will work. Can someone confirm this?

mounts on crossmember are wider apart on the ae71/ae86 crossmember, the rollaclub knowlegebase/ faq section has a picure comparing the two.

the KE70 onea are also higher and have a notch sticking out.

You need an ae71/ae86 crossmember. You can keep your steering rack though.
