    Default 4AGE Turbo sump oil drain pictures

    Hey guys,

    Im currently doing my brothers 4agte and need to get the sump in but need to put an oil drain for the turbo, i have done it on mine but i think its too low and small, so im trying to get some ideas and would like to see everyone elses sumps with there oil drain, stock sumps only please.

    As high as possible toward the rear of engine. Pretty much mine is where the gearbox stays would go on the 4a.

    Sorry to drag up an old thread, but what type of line do you guys use? Normal rubber hose would melt yeah?

    oil cooler hose, braided with speed flow, pretty much and "oil safe" hose man

    I went to a hose/hydraulics place and got 1m of some form of silicon hose. I just explained what it was for and they recommended something. No issues in 3 years and wasn't expensive.

    Any need for sump mod's at all(apart from oil drain ) ? most 4agte's i have seen have the stock sump.... does the job im guessing ?
