    I want to buy a new car. going to try and get a loan for about 20-25, can pay off in 2 years, i get 600 dollars tax free a fort night

    looking at wrx's and is200's

    can anyone think of something

    OK, i'm going to say it.

    I would purchase an IS200, over any WRX (oh, apart from a MY99 Sti)

    I enjoy the AWD handling, That much coinage should get you a 2-3 year old rexy for sure.

    But an IS200 is much more classy. Are they seriously dipping into that pricebracket now?

    Yeah is200 is sick, although 1gfe is gay. If you don't mind the gutlessness but like nice smooth ride then its a fantastic car. Handles really well with good steering feel and response.

    If we got the is300's in manual here it would be the better option, but that said the cross members are all the same between models. Could always get a beams halfcut

    how hard would it be to convert?

    gearboxes the same etc?

    convert to what? 2j?

    Beams use the same gearbox, but different bellhousing. As said its best to just get a front cut with everything you need.
