Gearbox should be pretty easy to find on toymods. Guys in the quokka should sell you one as they don't mind a car without a gearbox that can still be pushed around. A diff, on the other hand, people hate selling because the car is now stuck. An R31 diff, I might be able to get one for you but it'll take a while, or it might never come in, OR it could come in tomorrow. Depends on the alignment of the planets or something. Look on whatever forums they usually hang around, antilag? sau, DWA.
Aaaand, I wouldn't suggest a stock BW78 LSD. Wear out way too quickly, like under 500km competitive driving. Good thing is you can get a Kaaz for BW78.
Who you getting to tune the car?
Been quoted good price from Tris @ WTF. He's doing a lot of work that I cant / wont do (sump tap, V-mount intercooler pipes, side shooter zorst, ecu & wiring as well as tuning. Dont know which dyno they are using though.
Meant to have it done last year but they were too busy and had to re-schedule and I had to spend my cash on training

We were tuning a car, tried to hire a dyno and they ended
up tuning it. Wasn't that good, far from great. I was chasing what I thought was a misfire stutter on a 180 on Friday night and well it ended up being a dumb timing map. Was tuned at one of the better known workshops around here. I also got an sr that was tuned there and it was detonating wicked. Cracked a piston down the skirt, a few ring lands fell out. Totally SICK! H8chi Aaron showed me the internals of a "tuned" motor and it was well fucked in one season.
So I have no faith in tuners and wondered where you were taking it.
should have an r31 diff available but you'll have to call the guy himself to be sure. It probably won't be LSD. Shoot me a pm if you're still interested.

I'll keep using the 180 for a bit as a track car. it got defected on the weekend. gave me 10 days. so will dereg it after that. Just want an 86 I can drive around, and potentially do up later. I miss my 86's
r31 diff - there is almost a silhouette (LSD) in the quokka every week. unlic forparts or whole car for 500ish, could be the way to go
