AE71 suspension questions

Hey guys i did a search but nothing came up so i thought id ask

Car - 1983 AE71 Corolla

motor - 4K

use - Daily/bit of Track

problem - Not really i problem just wanted to know a few things 1. Will AE71 brakes fit on to AE86 Coilovers? 2. Is there anything that you have to change when changing from AE71 struts to AE86 Coilovers

Any info is much appreciated

1. No, unless its ae71 panelvan brakes.
2. Steering arms, Brakes.

Why does your ae71 have a 4k?

^ me ask same question. although there is a guy selling a ke71 on ebay atm...

just get whole coilovers, brakes, hubs, calipers etc.

Yeah. 4k means it's a 70. 4ac is 71

well the block says 4k in the serial number but the car is a slant front so therefore shouldnt it be 4ac?

it means it's a late model ke70, it will say ke70 on the firewall
