I'm hoping there hasn't been any posting because...the car is running and you're updating with pictures tonight?![]()
i heard its running, thats just word on the street but
you must've heard from the wrong street
engine is in, new exhaust and gauges are done, we're just stuck on a leaking water (thermostat) bypass-pipe.
i made a 'custom' one up off the car, but now that the engine and shiz are in it isn't working so great, it leaks from the top. can someone conclusively say if the O-rings do the sealing, or if it is the top of the bypass pipes that do the sealing?
O-rings, but i usually use a small amount of rtv silicone on o-ring to stop it from binding when pushing it in, and also as a sure seal (specially with old pitted surfaces).

awesome. we weren't entirely sure, because the water bypass pipe still had a bit of side-to-side play so to speak once installed in either the thermostat housing or the top rad hose chunk of metal
hmmmm

water pump bypass will be the death of me,
new exhaust setup rocks so does guages. its ppl like nick (rascov) and 70xin that make the world a better place. were all as worn out as fuck now though!
