i was thinking would fiber glass fix it ?
well a while back there was something about fibreglass skins being made but i think they were full replacement items and a fair bit of work to get them looking stock.

more trouble than it's worth. though getting it 'retrimmed' could be an option.
or just buy a uncracked one
Id rather get mine retrimmed than find a crack free one. You pay premium price of $400+ for a 23+year old crack free black kouki item (or any other crack free dash) when you can pay around the same amount and get your current one (providing its not sagged near the cluster) completely reskinned (vac moulded like factory) and will stay crack free for many years to come. Just something to think about

dash flocking is worth looking into, no sun glare
