Hey guys,
I picked this up a while ago, and had it sent off to be re-cored and balanced as the keyway was cracked.
So now its like brand new with a new center and new rubber core. Its unused since being rebuilt.
Im selling it as I no longer need it. Im selling the pulley only, no belts/tensioners etc as I dont have them. I *THINK* you can keep the stock tensioner and just use a longer belt with this pulley.. not 100% sure though.
On a AFM GZE this should make 10-11psi, on a MAP GZE it should make 12-13psi.
$200 negotiable + post/pickup.
Cheers.

Yeah those are estimates. It seems to vary alot across different engines... My stock pulley on my ae101 pulls 11psi high in the rev range on a cool night.. a 165mm pulley would indicate probably 13-14psi for me.. but for others, not sure.

Just for the record DustyAE86, as far as I know the SC12 doesn't like too much more than that because the internals are coated with Teflon which can only handle so much boost. Remember that 12psi out of a supercharger is going to make a quicker car than 12psi turbo'd. (just my 2c)
Good luck with the sale.

Where will it stop? Will it ever be finished? How will it go? Why am I not wearing any pants?
im using 175mm on afm, no probs yetsome people on tc.org use 175mm and have no problems aswell. though 165mm would be the safe side
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (PuGZoR @ Dec 6 2007, 10:21 AM) </div>PM sent, i think sc14's can handle upto 14psi before they die and at the moment mine is running 8.5-9 psi so I'm unsure how noticeable difference another 2psi will do?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (PuGZoR @ Dec 6 2007, 10:21 AM) </div>The 12psi supercharged 4ag may be more responsive but the turbo car will have ~50kw more, I know which I'd prefer. I was getting a bit over 13psi on a MAP engine with a 180mm pulley, 13psi with a 165mm pulley surprises me.
edit: well done wanting $200 and getting $400 :o
