Hello to everyone, I finally was about to buy my first AE86 and it arrive about a week ago. It was orginally slippry's AE86 and still has all of it's good stuff except for the longchamps. At the moment I'm just preparing it for rwc.

Getting it rego'ed might be a bitch (just read locked T-series. Just make sure the car is clean and well presented, and they wont try too hard to pick up anything.

Wobbly seats, non working windows, non working windscreen water squirters, crap seatbelts (that dont lock), crap tyres, worn bushes, shit ball joints, worn wheel bearings, non working hand brakes, dark tint (ie darker than 35% legal), incorrect tyre profiles/rim sizes etc, over maximum allowable track increase, the list can go on.
The obvious, rust and dodgyness must be sorted out.

I've started fixing stuff that I needed to pass the pits as well as fixing stuff. Looks like it had a crash history. As well as a shit job around my front suspension and rears. Might need to replace em. Hasn't made me smile again yet.
