Hey guys. i drive a ae82 FWD corolla and i was looking to 2 do a conversion from my 16v 4AGE for something that has more power..
as my 4age is on its last legs i was looking at maybe putting a 20v in or even a GZE

im looking to get 150kw+ out of this next engine. do u guys know what my best option would be from here?
i know this may seem like a stupid question but is there a stock 4agte of any sort?

there was NEVER a factory GTE.
If you want 150+kw, you will need a turbo.
I am not familuar with the AE82 engine bay/space so i cant tell you much in that regard.
A 20V would be nice tho....

have you thought about selling the AE82 and getting a AE86? Worthwhile in the long run

20v and GZE conversion are both a piece of piss in an AE82

i would choose the 20v, its the easiest.and cheapest

ive done a little more reasearch and from what ive found both have a very similar power out put (the GZE and 20v black top). so im not 2 fussed there. would prefer 2 hear the sound of a winding charger though.
this is going 2 be my first conversion, how much time will i need 2 allow?

what shorta prices am i looking at for these? assuming i get all the electrics in one package
and would u guys have any1 u would recomend me buy the engine from?
    thanks guys

power output on a gze is actually slightly lower than the 20v but disregard that number and look at the torque
    stroked 2L ca18-ae86 in the build...eta xmas 2012?
