Fuckin Roos!

Hey guys,

Iam annoyed, VERY ANNOYED
I was just driving home form work (2:30am) and i was going through the roundabouts on sulwood drive , near kambah.
As iam approaching the roundabout/in roundabout, a kangaroo jumped out into the middle of the road.
QUICK DECISION TIME
Hit the roo head on, or go up the gutter.
Not wanting body damage, i chose to go up the gutter.
I hit a gutter Head on going 65kph..

Result: my red Ae86 is in a bad way. Havent had a look in daylight yet but from what i can see:

2 Ruined 15' performance rims,
Fucked 2 tires,
Lost front lip completely ?????,
Front bar damaged,
Steering alignment fucked,
Damaged both front QTR panels ( from impact with wheels) (And drivers door doesn't open fully)


No doubt, there is front suspension damage too, but tomorrows daylight will reveal all....


Iam sure you all feel my pain.....

shit! sorry to hear.
my mate hit a roo in his datto 1600 a couiple years back!
1600 are pretty tough...the roo won....will not really since its dead but the datto
was scrap!

i reckon if you were to hit the roo anyway you would of fucked the car and i think you would of been quiet hurt too.

Well guys, It just got worse. I just had my first daylight look and it's worse than first thought.

Both front chassis rails - Mangled and bent
Front Tie bar (lower radiator support) bent
Front suspension damage,
4 ruined 15' rims
4 ruined tyres
QTR panels damaged
front bar damaged,
Lip gone

Basically, the car is bordering on a write off....

I am lost for words......
