ok so ive completed my v mount setup and are equipt with a 70mm 3core alloy rad , and a kkr 110m thick inter coooler.

but i can't keep my water temp below 100 degree.

my old setup had the stock ca rad and a big ugly front mount and it ran about the same temp.

    any ideas?

    cheers boys.

    got big thermo fans?
do a bonnet lift, helps hot air escape you engine bay.
check that your thermo stat is working or replace it with one that opens at a lower temp. allowing cooler water to travel around the motor.
if its an import motor from japan, they are spec'd differently for their cooler conditions.

Defintaely worth checking out the thermostat...

Even try running it without one at all to see if that's the problem if you have to

do you have a hole in the bonnet to allow the air going through the radiator to exit the engine bay?

a thermostat only allows the engine to reach operating temperature more quickly
i'd opt for a cooler thermofan sensor
