    stock toyota one - 20V ones are multi-layer metal and are great
    4AGE & 7AGE Forged Connecting Rods - Lightweight Flywheels - And Much More

    Yep soo great I modded one for my 16v 4agte(kept blowing non genuine ones)

    I run a genuine one on my smallport with the tabs cut at either end. I kept on blowing ACL gaskets (and told it was my manifolds fault) so I bought one from Toyota and haven't looked back.

    I've only ever used Silicon. Never had an issue, and that was a cranky 600hp Cleveland.
