^^ As he said. Get rid of that alu sheeting and mount with more "suction" (no gaps) to the Rad. A shroud would be best if you dont want to mark the radiator. (Just a note mate, drifting damages cars if you like it or not![]()

Just some basics, but Have you checked that the fan is actually turning on?
What are you using to control the fan? (ie; ECU, thermostat sensor/probe adjuster, etc) What temp does it come on at?
Do you have an oil cooler?
2 10" fans would be better than the 12" in my opinion....
The car is obviously producing more heat when racing, so it will be hotter. I am not sure how the stock gauge is calibrated, ie; what the actual temp is when is rises. A temp gauge would really help....
